Making a Purchase

Making a purchase couldn't be easier. Just browse our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for the few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We try to ensure that all items on the website are in stock although inevitably sometimes we do run out of stock of some items.

If in the exceptional circumstance that we take your order for an item, but run out of stock prior to your order being dispatched, we will contact you with the options to cancel your order if you would rather not wait, to wait or to choose an alternative cat.

 

Payment Methods

For online orders we only accept payments through PAYPAL

If you are unable to use PAYPAL, we can accept payment by bank transfer. Please call us for advice before placing an order.

 

Delivery

Delivery for our Catalogue Cats (Garden, Fireside and Handsize) and our Slipcast Ceramics is free to GB Mainland addresses and will be by a carrier or our choosing.

Arrangements and costs for our Hand Built Ceramic Cats (including Memorial Commisions) will be fully explained to you when making your enquiry.

For delivery to GB offshore islands - please email us for costs before placing an order.

We do not deliver to addresses outside the UK

Delivery Arrangements

Your order will normally be dispatched within a week of receipt of your payment. We are not able to guarantee a delivery date or time, however most deliveries are usually made within 3 days of collection by the Carrier. 


If the goods delivered are not as ordered, or are damaged on receipt, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing (or by email) at our contact address within 5 working days of the delivery of your order.

If you do not receive the goods ordered within 14 days of the date of your order, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing (or by email) at our contact address within 21 days of the date on which you ordered the goods.

If you notify us of a problem with your order, our only obligation will be, at our option:-

  1. to make good any shortage or non-delivery, or

  2. to replace any goods that are damaged or defective, or

  3. to refund the amount paid by you for the goods in whatever way we choose

 

Returns Policy

We are able to accept returns provided we are contacted within 3 working days of receipt of goods. Do not attempt to return goods before notifying us.

 

The customer is responsible for all return arrangements and costs. The goods must be returned undamaged and in a re-saleable condition.

Goods for return must be carefully packed and sealed, where possible using the same packaging they were delivered in.

The customer is responsible for the goods and any damage or loss during return.

Liability

Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any issues notifed as above and we shall have no liability to pay any monies to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.

Our liability to you in respect of any order shall cease on your acceptance of the goods.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer neither under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.

 

Information We Collect About You

We collect information about you solely to deal with any enquiry you make and to process and deliver your order.

 

The information we collect about you typically includes your name, address, phone number, email address and goods ordered. We will not collect sensitive information about you without your consent.

We will not contact you except in connection with your current enquiry or order. We do not keep a mailing list.

We will not supply your details to any third party except for the purposes of debt recovery or if required to do so by law.

You can check the information we hold about you by emailing us. If you notify us of any inaccuracies we will correct the errors promptly. We will on request, delete all information we hold about you following completion of your order.
